1Acceptance of Terms

2Account & Security Creation
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the diva11 platform. Creating more than one account by the same user, whether using the same or different identities, is a serious violation that may result in permanent suspension or closure of the accounts along with freezing of any existing balance.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information discovered during the identity verification stage may be grounds for deactivating your account without prior notice. Verification of an active phone number and a valid email address is the minimum requirement to activate a full account.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. diva11 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. Contact the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3Obligations & User Responsibilities
Users are required to use the diva11 platform only for legitimate purposes in accordance with applicable terms. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate legal action.
Users are prohibited from engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity through this platform. All transactions must use funds from legitimate sources. diva11 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia.
Users are required to use the service responsibly and not in a state that could impair rational decision-making. Any losses arising from irresponsible use of the service are entirely the responsibility of the user in question.
4& Payment Information – IDR Transactions
All transactions on the diva11 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and represents a legitimate source of funds. Using a payment method belonging to another party without valid authorization is a violation of these terms.
Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed unless there is a technical error that can be verified by the diva11 team. The withdrawal process requires completed identity verification and may be subject to varying processing times depending on the chosen method. All applicable fees and conditions will be displayed transparently on the transaction page before the user confirms.
diva11 reserves the right to delay or freeze transactions suspected of involving fraud, a breach of terms, or activity inconsistent with platform policy. In such situations, our team will contact the user via their registered contact information for further clarification.
Bonuses and promotions offered are subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each offer. Users are required to read the applicable bonus terms before activating or claiming any offer through the platform.
5Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
diva11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if a violation of these terms of use is found. This action may be taken without prior notice in cases involving fraud, system manipulation, or threats to the security of the platform and other users.
Users may submit a voluntary account closure request at any time by contacting the diva11 support team. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance that meets withdrawal requirements will be processed in accordance with standard verification procedures. Balances associated with bonuses that have not yet met rollover requirements may not be withdrawable.
In cases where an account is suspended due to an active investigation into an alleged violation, access to the balance may be temporarily frozen until the investigation is complete. Users who believe a suspension was carried out incorrectly have the right to submit an objection through the platform's official support channels.
6& Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
All content found on the diva11 platform — including but not limited to interface design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and source code — is legally protected intellectual property. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without written permission from diva11.
The diva11 platform is provided "as is" without any warranty regarding uninterrupted service availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. diva11 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. diva11 does not control such third-party content and is not responsible for their privacy practices or terms of service. Use of third-party links is entirely at the risk of the user in question.
7Changes to & Applicable Legal Terms
diva11 reserves the right to change, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to users. Changes will be published on this page with the update date clearly indicated. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms have been published will automatically be considered acceptance of the updated version. If a user does not agree with the applicable changes, they have the right to stop using the platform and submit an account closure request.
